1. Within the grove of trees he humbly knelt to pray,
The young boy Joseph asked to know a better way.
The Father answered him in glorious light,
Christ taught him all were wrong, and what was right.

Light touched down upon young Joseph
Brighter than the noonday sun.
God the Father spoke from heaven,
“This is My Beloved Son.”

2. Buried within the earth lay precious plates of gold,
A record of Christ’s words, their purpose long foretold:
To gather Israel, great things to show,
To do a marv’lous work, make cov’nants known.

Righteousness sent down from heaven,
Truth brought forth out of the earth,
Sent to sweep all of the world
And fill it with the things of worth

3. The Light breaks forth again, the darkness melts away,
The Church of Jesus Christ is being restored today!
All will be gathered in, sin be shut out,
Then Christ will rule and reign on Zion’s mount!

As I pray just like young Joseph,
Light will touch upon my soul,
God will give me quite answers
And help me His truth to know.
